I listed a property, the owner ran her ad on Zillow. She can't cancel the listing so I can relist it

My seller needs to cancel her listing on Zillow. Then I can improve her listing information and get the property sold. How do we cancel her listing?

Have the seller go to My Zillow on the top right, click on the address and then click on cancel listing.
