First thing Richard, if you went directly from an agent listing of your house to FSBO without allowing for the required 30 days of a home to be unlisted from Zillow, that's possibly the reason for cumulative total.

Secondly, there is an edit button in the blue bar that has "Contact Information" located in it in your profile. Click on the button and then on the link to edit the email.
 
Thirdly, I seriously wouldn't expect a personal phone call from Zillow from your post.
