I am a member of the MLS for your area, it is called NOEHREX Multiple Listing Service, and it is owned by a number of Realtor Associations, including the Ashtabula Board of Realtors. Zillow is not linked with the MLS in the area, so you will need to list with a Realtor member to be visible on the MLS. The cost for listing can vary, but be aware that there are flat fee MLS listing options available for around $449.
If you are listed on the MLS, it is fairly easy for your broker to get your listing on Zillow, but it doesn't happen automatically. With our fixed fee listing service, our sellers show up on Cleveland.com, Zillow, Trulia, Google, Yahoo and a few hundred more--there is a partial list on our website. Keep in mind that the MLS does track page views as well, so it is a valuable tool to see how attractive the listing is to buyers and agents. The agent views can be especially interesting, because the overwhelming majority of buyers out there are working with a buyer agent.
Here is an example of what a listing from the MLS in your area looks like:

You can open individual properties and scroll down to the Zestimate graph. On the left you will find a "view" radio button.
Zillow gets listings from some but not all MLS services. Many come from broker feeds (see Zillow FAQs)

Hi Duffy,
If you click on your listing (to view the complete listing) the number of views should be towards the upper right corner. I usually receive updates from Zillow indicating the activity on my listings.
Zillow does not send listings to your local mls service. If you are a realtor, check with your mls service to see if the syndicate with Zillow.
