I live at 310 Fisher Street in Walpole, MA and would like you to reestimate the value of my home.

Your estimate does not cover all the improvements we have made and it is not correct.  It would be nice if you had more updated information so that you could correctly evaluate my property.   What needs to be done so this happens? you can email me at msmarymccormack@aol.co with any information in response to this request.

Contact a local Realtor for a CMA on your home to get an accurate evaluation of your homes value. Zestimates can be informative but they don't give the whole picture since they are based on public record data.

You can learn more about the public data used by Zillow in calculations of their Zestimates in the FAQ "What is a Zestimate?", as well as actions you can take.    If your improvements and upgrades are reflected in changes in the tax assessment or a sales price, then they will show in the Zestimate.     Otherwise, you are quite correct, Zestimates do not take into consideration the condition of your home.

A Zestimate is not a substitute for a CMA or an appraisal that has an in-person visit and takes into consideration the condition of your home.
