I live in Greenwich; comps for my home are mixed in w/Stamford Sales; different town WRONG COMPS !

Is there a way to correct the COMPS listed on my property???  It is rendering an inaccurate COMP price of recent sales;  Stamford is a different town with different R.E. Values for properties which of course, does not apply to Greenwich home values; I've contacted the zillow site C.S and have not been contacted.

Im supprised Zillow wouldnt filter out of town comps.  Until then it is up to the user to know which comps are good and which are not.  From what I typically see .. most are not the actual comps a realtor would find and a generally not at all even comparable.

I actually did filter out the comps and for some reason it resorts back to the INCORRECT comps...it's not the agents that would utilize the wrong comps; its the consumer who just glances at comps on Zillow and thinks they are FACTUAL that's what concerns me the most with this incorrect zillow charting and releasing information that is FALSE.
