I live in a townhome community. The buildings consist of 3 units. I have an end unit. The end uni

one of the end units.   My unit is estimated at 378,000.  The other end unit (currently for sale) is estimated at 387,000.   Not only does that unit not have a patio or deck of any kind, but does not have many of the upgrades our unit does.  Whats up?

You can have 10 different people do a estimate for how much your townhome is worth and come up with 10 different prices.

Just because the other place is listed for $387,000, doesn't mean they'll get it. Some people overprice their home, some people underprice their home, some people price their home just right.

I assume you are speaking of your "zestimate" which does not take in to account any upgrades your home has versus others in your complex or area. The zillow price is an average of sales in an area and is not meant to provide a true value of any particular property. The other unit may have more square footage than yours and that could be a reason for the higher value shown on Zillow.
