I live in a townhome with 5 units. Three units that are exactly alike.

Zillow has Zestimated the townhome next to mine (which is exactly the same as mine) as having a Market Value of nearly $30,000 more. How do we get Zillow to correct this error?

Relax, get your property appraised or have a local Realtor do a CMA.

Do you want Zillow to raise yours 30K, lower theirs 30K or split the difference?
Their numbers are usually a wild guess at best and most people using Zillow realize it. If they knew what the real market value was, that would mean it just closed and the value was established.
I know it is frustrating to see lower numbers than seems right.
They have some fine print and policies that seem to say it is ok to lowball your home because it is just a zestimate.
