You can update your home's information by claiming the house. To do so, go to the home details page, hover over "Edit" and click "Claim your home". Once done, options to update the home facts, description, photos etc. will be available from the "Edit" menu.

Then very likely your county tax accessor has incorrect square footage information. You can contact your tax asscessor and give them the correct square footage and they can then also adjust your property tax obligation accordingly.
I looked up my home out of curiosity and discovered the square footage was listed incorrectly - list
