I make changes to my listing and they don't show up online. Why not?

I've changed the price and description and a few other things and while the changes show up in the edit fields they don't show up on the listing.
This is a listing I've paid for and it's really frutrating to not be able to change it and not have anyone to contact regarding this from Zillow. Zillow took my money, by offers no way to get help.

The correct information is showing now. I think it did have to do with us recently severing our agreement with our agent.

"If an agent has listed your house, the source of the listing that is sending the information to Zillow has to be changed or the information that you added will revert back to the old information coming off the feed."

This had to be it. So, if the information can only come from the agents feed, than why am I paying Zillow for the listing?

Hello. If you are the owner of the house and the one who posted the listing, you edits should show up in those fields immediately. The only trouble I've had is having the system "time out" in the middle of a editing period so you can get around that by just editing one section at a time and then saving.

If an agent has listed your house, the source of the listing that is sending the information to Zillow has to be changed or the information that you added will revert back to the old information coming off the feed. Do you think that could be the problem or it is something else?

Please repost with more information and I can try find you some information on troubleshooting the problem or Zillow may read your thread and be able to help too.
