Look on realtor.com. Type in Nashville Tn. It gives you the option for buying and leasing. Most realtors do leasing. You can type in your criteria and hopefully one will fit your needs. Ask the realtor who has a few leases to look out for you and/or make recommendations about areas etc. if you aren't familiar with the city. Go to Craigslist , you can find rentals there.
