I had a home owner with the same issue contact me last week. After some research I discovered that the listing agent put in the incorrect APN/tax identification number, and had corrected the address. I informed the home owner to contact the listing agent and have her correct this information. He did not want to see his house on the market when it clearly was not.

Empty lot; no street address
Parcel # 1910123085
$2 Million Listing removed 3/15/09.
Apparently the data collector has just not provided the sold transaction data from the county records yet.
But you said it sold in 2005.. so flag it so that the data collector will go looking for the transaction records.
I find no duplicate 5007 address home details record, though it does happen frequently due to autofeeds from other websites.
As for the listing price on the empty lot? If it wasn't listed on Zillow, there isn't a listing price record nor a removal of the listing price. It shows "no history" in the price section.

Not sure how much you've hung around on Zillow, but this is the equivalent of wearing a steak-suit on a lion safari. On Zillow, most people simply post and let others decide on whether or not the post was worthy of a "thumb" or "Best Answer" - and many just couldn't care less.
Don't worry about your stats/status, your posts will drown them out.

If you want to contact Zillow about an incorrect address, do the following:
- go to the listing details page
- click on the "edit" button
- then click on the "report problem with listing" button
A box will open and ask you for details. This will notify a rep at Zillow about the problem.
Good Luck!

Subject property is 5007 Island View St, Oxnard, CA 93035
APN #191-0-123-075 sold for $650,000 in Oct. 2005 and is an empty beach lot.
APN #191-0-123-085 sold for $1,550,000 at the same time and is a lg house
Your website shows the almost 3600sf house as having a value that is actually for the empty lot! There is no street address for the empty lot and so the house address of 5007 shows for both parcels.
I also had this empty lot for sale in 2009 for $524,900 and it expired 1-15-10.
