Yes, under the Homes heading at the top you will find a section for recently sold homes. Click that, input your zip code, and the sales are listed. You'll have to find the dates you're looking for, and have to select the ones you think are most similar to your home, but that's where the data is. Also, keep in mind that some of those sales are not arms-length transactions, or may only be a partial interest being sold. Those won't be valid comps. This may work if all you're looking for is info to dispute the property tax assessment, but if you're considering selling, you should talk to an experienced local Realtor about the market.

You get a lot more useful, detailed information from an experienced local realtor

Im assuming you already have this form...

I would ask a nice, local Realtor in your area to pull some comparables homes to support your lower value as of 1/1/2011. Though the Zillow comps MAY be OK, its important to get ALL of the comps (which Zillow may or may not have) as well as someone to interrept them, ie this one is better than that one. Zillow is nice because its free, but if you are serious about saving some money on your taxes, consult a Realtor expert.
As an appraiser, I do these appraisals all of the time, but the cost of a formal appraisal may not be needed by you at this time. Realtors may pull up this data for free or a small charge, and Realtor comps will look more professional than freebie Zillow comps in the assessors eyes...

I need comparable sales from Jan. - Mar. 2012. Does Zillow list this info?
