A real estate professional can pull up a historical valuation for you (takes about 3 minutes.  Stop by my office and I'll take care of it for you.

Contact your local Realtor, and they should be able to assist you.

Yes, if your home is not very unique, but very comparable to other homes in your neighborhood, it will take any agent 15 minutes to provide you such information. If you do not have a friend Realtor- check who has  signs for sale in your neighborhood and call them.

I wouldn't use the Zestimate. I've seen them close to worth or much higher/lower. You can ask any local real estate agent to give you a CMA (current market analysis). Most people ask 3 agents from different companys. It costs nothing and is usually closer to what your house will sell for than an appraisal which says what they think its worth. Unfortunately in the current market the real estate agents who are seeing what the homes are actually selling for versus the list price can give you a more accurate idea of the price.

I agree with Delia.
You also will be able to refine any search--by size, location, BR and Baths etc.  An agent will be able to run a search for a year...or a given period of the year for closings, and then provide you with the search.  Many homeowners who want to reduce their taxes do exactly that.

Ask your local real estate professionals.  Easiest and more reliable than any other source you would go to.
