To look at past sale prices you can go into the details of the home and click on "Zestimates and Charts" on the top left hand side.

From there, scroll down to "Sales History & Tax Information".  This will show you the last sold price.  If you want more history, please enter the code you see in the graphic and you will get further data.

You can also sign up for email alerts for a home you want to keep tabs on.  You can do this from the search results and Home Details pages.  Look for "E-mail Alerts" and the envelope and bell icon.  You can sign up for Home Report which will give you monthly updates on the home.  Also, if there is any chance in the status or price of a home, you will get a Property Alert email with that information as well.
