The address is no longer posted for sale but still claimed by the previous owner or another user. You can dispute the claim by hovering over the "Edit" option and choose "Incorrect owner claim" from the "Problem" drop down menu and choose from the three options.

I sure hope you can help me. My realtor's contract has run out and supposedly her IT guys have unlinked them. But I can't claim it or don't know how. What ever....I want to delete some photos and make changes.

The first step is to have your agent remove her feed to Zillow and thus release the property so you can edit and add/remove photos. You can figure out the source of the feed by opening the property details page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the blue listing website. Ask her to remove it promptly from that feed (which probably goes to many other sites). If necessary, give her a deadline (say 3 business days) and copy her broker.
Please note: focus on the feed to Zillow rather than Zillow because if she removes it from Zillow and not the feed, in a day or two her listing will reappear on Zillow.
