Contributions:1It was appraised by Bank of America in March of 2008 for $ 145,00. It sold in
August of that year for $132,000. The facts are way off. 108 N.Pacific, Hutchins, Texas 75141. Also the City has changed the address to 110 N. Pacific and Robert Gross sold it to Mykel Ann Pearson. 108 N. Pacific is now the two lots to the South and they were retained by Robert Gross. Almost eveything on you gusstmate is wroung. l I have corrected the BR/Bath and size as well as a dozen other things. Please look into this.
