To piggy back off of Sean...
The reason you cannot join them here should be due to ZIllow's property data being pulled from county records. I don't believe they offer the feature of joining parcels because it's not a high request item. The only way you can change it now is if you legally merge the two parcels. Even then, Zillow might take a few weeks to get updated information from county records.
Your best bet is to price them individually at a lower price. In your remarks reference the other parcel as a package deal for your asking price. If you absolutely have to sell together, make sure you reference it on your remarks as well.
Make sure you do not market them separately with your combine price. This will cause potential Buyers to move on to the next one at first sight without making it to your remarks.

You will not be able to connect the parcels but you can edit the information that comes up when someone views the information and you can state something along these lines:
Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 are to be sold together for X amount of money.

I need to correct/edit the size of my property. It is two parcels that must be sold together.
