You can get the TREK forms for free in pdf form from the Texas Real Estate Commission website. No need to register for a website, but if you need help filling them out or legal advice be sure to consult a professional.

Bruce is correct.  Generally you should seek the advice of a real estate professional or a real estate attorney.  You can complete the forms yourself but there are countless pitfalls.  If you still want to proceed by yourself you can fill it out online free at [Hotlink removed by Zillow moderator. See our Good Neighbor Policy.] They have the TREC contract and software to fill it out at no charge.  Make sure though you read the details and pay attention.  Its a legally binding contract for a large sum of money so don't rush through it.

You can find the basic forms on https://www.trec.state.tx.us/formslawscontracts/default.asp

but I advise caution using them, unless you are trained to use them.   Most agents go through several classes and continuing updates to keep up to date on the forms.

Get an agent or get an attorney to help you.   You may be able to do everything perfectly, but you might be able to get yourself in a lot of trouble you don't want to be in, by filling out the forms incorrectly, incompletely, or leaving the wrong spaces blank.

For example my first question to people who just want to fill out the forms are:
1. Are you required to fill out a seller's disclosure form?
2. Are you required to fill out a lead based paint disclosure.
3. Are the dates in the contract based on business or calender days.
4. Do you know the legal description of your property.
5.  Do you know what a T-47 form is and when you should use it.
6.  Do you know what an option period is and when it starts?
7.  What's the significance of Paragraph 7D1... if you check this
can the buyer still have an option period?  Can they still terminate the contract?   Can they still ask you as the seller for repairs?
8. What addendums do you need in addition to the TREC 1-4
9.  If the buyer is using financing and checks VA, does your home qualify for VA financing?  If it doesn't and this is checked is the contract valid?
10.  When do you need to vacate the home based on the TREC 1-4 contract?

and there are probably 100 more questions I could ask you about the contract that come up frequently.
Selling collectibles on ebay and selling cars on craigslist are probably fairly easy and safe transactions to handle on your own.
Selling what for most people is their biggest asset or biggest liability is probably not the best idea to go at alone with no training.

Here's where you can print off a .PDF copy. You may need other forms / addenda depending on your specific situation.
