Also try the title company you closed at, they usually keep their records electronically for a very long time (longer than required by law) to insure themselves against any claims that might arise in the future. Lastly your mortgage company is required to have this closing statement as well (although many can't seem to find them all nowadays)...

The best place to start is with your Realtor. We have to keep these files for three years after closing. Some states may be different but I think you'll find they in fact have them. If they are no longer in the business, try the company you worked through. They will most certainly have the closing statement for you. Thank you for your question.
