I need to have someone correct your website.

My rental property, 20 McDonald Rd E, Pinehurst, NC address is incorrectly listed with the info from MLS #: 145510, which is 20  McDonald Rd W. Can you please correct your website to reflect my address NOT being for sale as the McDonald Rd W property is listed for both addresses.

The problem appears to be coming from the agent with the listing feed to Zillow here. The agent has not designated E or W on the address, so it doesn't feed properly.    Phone her up and ask for a correction, describe the problem
