CALL YOUR ATTORNEY. That's what they get paid for. Trying to write a legal description yourself is a HUGE risk! DON'T DO IT. Call your attorney.

You will find the legal description on the original deed for the property.  If you don't have a copy of that deed, you can obtain a copy from your County Recorder's/Record's Office.

The deed should have the legal on it.  Unless you're looking to split a parcel?

If you are working with an attorney they should be able to get that information for you.  If not, you can look in the public records for your tax records.  There will be a line in there that says legal description.  It will most likely include things like Lot #... Subdivision name and some numbers.
