Looks like the Zestimate is calculated off the public record facts of 700 square feet rather than the edited facts of 1750 square feet. By the aerial views and satellite views, your home looks far smaller than the other houses reported at about 1750 square feet (such as the one just to the south at 1800), so I'm puzzled about the edited facts. (Square feet is only fully permitted finished areas under heat/air conditioning, it does not include patios/decks/bonus rooms).
