Maryland is a disclosure state (i.e. the sales price is public information), therefore, his friends can look it up in several locations. You can flag the review and ask Zillow to remove it as the person providing the review had second thoughts.

Our client wrote a glowing review. The problem is that Zillow added the estimated value of his old house. My client is extremely private and is happy to provide the review but is not comfortable w/ his friends knowing how much his house is worth. Is there way to delink the property value from the review?
Thanks,
Hans

I need to remove a review that states incorrect information. How do I remove it?
