You can get started on Zillow, but if you need a closer market value, a local real estate agent can help. An experienced agent can determine a fairly close market value based on local comps that have sold in the last 30-90 days, current listings that are similar and the general trend for your market up or down.

As a starting point, you can obtain a Zestimate by typing in your address (after clicking on homes in the top line).  A Zestimate is a computer generated number from public data and a starting point for comparing homes.  If you wish to go the next step, perhaps a CMA from an agent (no guarantees) or a paid appraisal will allow an estimate of value from someone who has seen the home and seen features that may add (or detract) from the home's value.
