I no longer have a realtor but my house is still listed on Zillow. I want to Sell By Owner.

How do I remove the old price from the house and enter a new one?

Contact the realtor, they have probably 'forgotten' they posted it here. They will remove it quickly, you can flag your listing too,to let Zillow know its not relevant.
Good luck on your for sale by owner, I can only assume you are going this way because you are tight on price.

Has the agent released the property so it no longer shows for sale?   If, not that is the first step.  You can find their data feed source at the bottom of the property details page (and then contact them to ask that it be removed promptly).  The "for sale" status will be disappear in 1 to 3 days once they've removed it from the feed.

Then, claim your home and post it for sale.   A frequent advice contributor, Rockinblu, has written an excellent blog on using Zillow for FSBO here.
