Zillow has a video that tells you how to claim your home and edit your home facts like square footage, bed/bath count etc. here. The change is immediate, but if the Zestimate changes I read that it can take up to 6 weeks to show up. There are other links for owners here too. Hope the links help.

Hi Darci-Is it currently listed and manually entered by you, or your broker, or is this the general information that shows up on Zillow about your home? If it is currently listed, you or your broker can edit the home facts by clicking on the edit status button right below the address.  Page down to update home facts and you should be able to edit from there.  If it is the general information on your home that Zillow has on record, you may need to contact them.  If no one from Zillow comes on to answer your question, you can try this.  There should be a flag content button right underneath the picture.  It looks like a little flag.  Enter your question in there, and someone from Zillow should contact you.  Hope that helps!
