As you can see days on market are approx. 120 days and the selling range is $350-$550 it sounds like your home is more unique then these properties with quite a bit more to offer.

Sounds like a very unique property. I would not count on Zillow to be anywhere close with their Zestimate. If you really would like to know what it's worth, you could hire an appraiser or ask a local real estate agent for a CMA.
