Hello, what island is your home located on? Below is a link of sold properties, what we actually use as comps. when figuring out value amongst other variables in your home. 


I also added active properties so you can see what the market is like and what your competition would be.

As you can see days on market are approx. 120 days and the selling range is $350-$550 it sounds like your home is more unique then these properties with quite a bit more to offer.

Sounds like a very unique property.  I would not count on Zillow to be anywhere close with their Zestimate.  If you really would like to know what it's worth, you could hire an appraiser or ask a local real estate agent for a CMA.
