I own a rental property that your estimated rent is showing below the market rate I have negotiated.

I have negotiated with a third party tenant for a rent rate, however your market rent rate shows lower than what they are paying. The transaction with my tenant is an observable transaction in the market for that exact property while your rate is an unobservable estimate based on similar properties over a large area with no specific knowledge of the property itself. Can you please update your database to properly account for an observable market transaction for this property?

Go in and claim the home and in the remarks section put what you are getting as current rent. Zillow gives zestimates, which is the same as a guesstimate, it is a guideline.
