Actually, you can change your Zestimate by editing your home's description. Click on "views" and check waterfront. Obviously, a waterfront home is worth more than a non-waterfront one in ANY market. Best success, Kathleen

Zestimates, as you noticed, don't include water front (nor views, upgrades and many other things that add value) within the Zestimate calculation. You can claim your home and do some selection of comps.
The other feature that may be of use if you are putting the house on the market is the "owner's estimate", where you can call out a number of features that may add value but aren't included in the Zestimate calculation.

I own waterfront & you comp it vs non-waterfront, lowering your Z-Value. Can you correct this?
Since I may be selling, it is important to me to have a FAIR estimate posted on your site. I've owned the home since 1992 so perhaps the lack of recent sales data may also be skewing your valuation.
