I've been running into this lately too. I guess we need to remove all photos from our listings immediately when they expire, etc, rather than allow other agents to use our expertise. Good luck!

I believe Zillow has agreements with various sources of listings and pictures they use on their site. I know in my state the listing agreement has a place to check if you agree to allow IDX feeds and listing sharing with other outside sources on the internet - Zillow is one of those outside sources or the source of the listing they got it from was. Unless your picture is watermarked it will be hard to determine if it's yours, mine or the owner of the house. Many agents now add water marks to each picture, you may have to eat this one if you didn't use them.

I paid to have photos taken of a former listing. I have been told by RealComp that I own the photos
