Hi Seth,

You need to check with your broker to see if your firm syndicates their listings from the MLS onto Zillow.  Not all brokerages do this.

The MLS is a "membership only" system that doesn't share their data with the public.  Only two MLS's in the nation syndicate directly to Zillow.  The MLS systems don't want to maximize "exposure", but rather maximize the exclusivity of member agents.

You either need to post directly on the site for the $39.95 for "6 months" premier listing; OR post to a syndicating website; OR, modify your own website so that it syndicates directly.

As for your other listings on Zillow; check at the bottom of the home details page to see where the syndication came from.  It wasn't directly from the MLS.

Your other listings are stating that you or someone else posted them on "postlets.com", and that postlets is syndicating them to Zillow.
