You can also claim your house so Zillow knows which one is yours (so you don't have to post it on the open forum) and then post your neighbor house's address.
I question your estimate
Our neighbor's house and ours is the exact same floor plan and design. We have a larger/wooded lot. However, their house is showing a $30K+ estimated values higher than ours. WHY? I submitted another discussion topic issue under "Bugs" that states your address/maps program is incorrect for the Harewood Lane, Crofton, MD 21114 area. Our home shows up on the wrong spot on the map, wrong street picture and $30K LESS than our neighbors.
