As stated earlier your offer would become a back up offer. I feel that it is well worth your time to submit a back up offer. In this market deals are always falling apart. I have been contacted on back up offers in LV as late as 6 months after first sending them. Call me if you need help.

Hi Kevin - Yes you can submit an offer, but as my colleague noted, it would be treated as a back up offer.  But before you'd do that, I suggest you find out what kind of deal it is (bank owned or short sale) and what kind of buyer has the accepted offer (cash or financed).  If its a bank owned property and the accepted offer was made by a cash buyer, you're probably wasting your time.  But if the property is in a short sale and the offer was made by a buyer who is financing, it may be worth your while to submit a back up offer.

Good luck on your offer.

Good morning,
Yes, you can submit an offer for a property that is already pending.  Your offer would be considered as a "back-up", should anything happen to the other buyer's offer.

Let me know if I can help.
