I recently claimed my property. Will a Zestimate automatically be applied?

I was originally told that Zillow had no information on my property.  I have since submitted the legal descriptions for this property.  Do I need to do anything else?
Thanks

You are correct that Zestimates are calculated automatically using proprietary algorithm. However, when it will show and how accurate the value is, would still rely on the amount and accuracy of data we have for your home and surrounding homes. For one thing that affects the Zestimate highly is the availability of public transactional data such as tax assessment and past sales.

Thank you.

I gather that you submitted the legal description to Zillow?  If so, please check the website to verify that your property is now showing on Zillow.
