I recently had my home appraisel It came back @$212,000 ?

Zillow has it at $157,000 what gives? My house has a mountain view with water access and a community boat ramp and dock , all the comps in the area do not .

Hi Daaanger,

Zestimate is not without flaws. It does not take in consideration a series of factors that influence a desirability of a home. It bases on average of last sold comparable to yours on square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and age, thus not being a precise tool to appraise a home. Its numbers should be viewed as just "ball park figure".
