It looks like you have two home pages for the same house address and I do see an old description from an agent on one of them, but neither looks like it is listed for sale right now.
I would claim the home page here that seems to have better information and seems more accurate overall. As the owner, you can claim your house with the yellow "Edit" pencil icon on your home page under the main house photo. Then you can remove the old agent description, edit home facts, etc on the page.
Then, I would flag the duplicate home page here with the yellow "edit" pencil to "report problem with listing. Doing that will send them an email with the duplicate address and Zillow will remove the duplicate page.

I still have 2 profiles on my property. It seems that previous listing agent is still controlling one of the Zillow profile. Will you please resokve it.
