I recently transferred to a new firm...how do I move my listings?

I recently transferred to a new real estate firm and brought all of my listings with me.  Only 3 of them are showing as mine on Zillow.  I believe my old profile is still active - how do I deleted it and ensure that any listings associated are moved to my new profile?
