I refinanced my home and now it is listed as sold for 1 dollar on zillow. This is misleading....

It makes it seem as if my home was foreclosed. Also, since then the Zestimate has gone down to a far greater extent than surrounding houses. I think this may be an error. In addition Zillow posts the picture of my home on my next door neighbor's property.

Is there any way to fix these errors?

Just a note for you. Zillow's estmates are not used when appraisers/banks/financial instiutions determine the value for your property.

While its a great resource for helping to get the word out about property - Zillow really isn't an 'authoritative source' of information that gets used by either the legal or financial communities.
