It is not clearly a house that was converted, it was clearly a residentially zoned lot that was purchased in 1979 to build a church. It was built as a church in 1980, not a house.
As for the "air", I see the air vents in the photos (most rooms), but cannot tell if it is just heat, or if it has ventilation and cooling too. You would need to look at that equipment when you view the property.
The square footage of the building is not noted. It is hard to estimate any value without comparables for the area, and houses are not comparables.
Zillow's Zestimate is guessing $384.4k, range of $215k to $769k, but Zillow only estimates residential housing units. And without a square footage, the modeling is missing some important information.
Converting the structure to a house would be a fairly large undertaking. At least it has some crawl space underneath. There also appears to be some attic space above the sanctuary ceiling, but most of it seems to have duct work for the HVAC.

A house with no kitchen? Even most churches have kitchens. You will not be able to get an occupancy permit as a residence without a kitchen.
