I saw this at open a house it is a real gem. Is the price high, or is it justified by the low taxes?

The taxes are very low for Smithtown. They will defiantly make your payments much lower, and taxes are forever. I have not seen many homes in this range with lower taxes. I am helping my son to find his first home, and taxes are something we are defiantly keeping a keen eye on.
