I see homes with zestimates as "none" and no charts and data about previous sales. How can I do this

Profile picture for jkill1029
Can someone please help me?  I see listings for sale with Zestimates as "none" and no charts and data available.  Also, there is no past sales data.  It appears that this is always the case in the very expensive homes.  Are these real estate agents paying zillow to suppress this information?  Is this fair?  How can the average person (average home) get these advantages?
Thanks,

Jason

I just took a closer look at one of the "for sale" properties that has
"none" for their zestimate.   Did a broader "search" on the entire street
and every house on the street had a zestimate.  Closer look at one "for
sale", showed a two icons - one is sitting over another one.  Guess what, the one under the For Sale icon, shows an zestimate.

Take a look - one icon is resting on the other:

red one shows sale price

green one (the othe)r shows the zestimate:

http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/5-Charlene-Ave-Westerly-RI-02891/2140446350_zpid/

Zestimate is $317,500

So there are 2 Zillow accounts - the original, and the for sale, and there is indeed a zestimate for the property.

So why again is this info not listed under the For Sale Zillow listing?  The figure is right there.    What a sham.

I raised the same concerns a couple of days ago.  Cuz I found houses listed for sale on Zillown, who have "none" for their zestimates.  While the neighboring houses have zestimates.   The public information is all there, but for some "unknown" reason, some don't have zestimates listed.   I asked "how" to remove and was told Zillow doesn't remove.

> Since Zillow does not remove Zestimates,

How then do some homes/properties listed For Sale on Zillow "not" have
an zestimate listed?    Would be one thing if every property had
an zestimate, but when you see "none" listed, that too should raise a red flag.

Here's some examples:

      5 Charlene, 02891
      6 Cattail, 02891

So am just curious as to "why" some don't have them.   Were they removed when property was listed for sale?  Would seem so.

Jason -

We don't suppress public information if we have them - that's coming from the county. These properties are manually created on the website (by owners, agents or feed) because we don't have public information for them, thus, we are unable to publish a Zestimate value.

However, those that are not manually created yet appear on the website as having only the Assessed Value (no Zestimate), these are properties with either insufficient public data or belong to the Non-disclosure states.
