Hey Robert:
Zillow gets these maps from Bing!, who in turn receive them from satellites operated by several different parties. Rumor in Zillow Advice is they get updated every couple of years -- but I can't confirm that.
I'm sorry to hear that one of the streets is screwy. Since the maps aren't under our control, we can't really fix that for you. You could email Microsoft though, and ask them to fix it. Not a great answer I know, but it's the truth. :(
