I did show the house a couple of months ago and the floors were not level at that time. I don't know if the problem has been addressed since that time or not.

I am now living in this subdivision. I am not a realtor or owner of this property. In my opinion this house should be bulldozed. Great lot Great location I even like the house, but it cant really be fixed. The house sank than an addition was added on. Totally screwed up. If it were me I would put a 50000 pound tes steal cable around it and pull it down.
