I flagged the one with the lower Zestimate so hopefully Zillow will delete it. It appears to have been a duplicate created by the agent when listed in 2009.
On the one with the higher Zestimate, it looks as if the last sold price may have been the price for a vacant lot (2001 price, 2003 build date). If that is the case, the sales price will bias the Zestimate so it is low. If it was indeed a sales price for a vacant lot, open the home details page (click here), scroll down to the price history table and click on the little flag on the right end of the row of numbers to report that it was a vacant lot price not a home sales price.
Good luck with your sale. It looks like a wonderful, light filled home.

Thank you wetdawgs, you are right on both scores. I went ahead and flagged each earlier lot sale and gave the reason - home added in 2003 so Zillow's comparison over time are not of the same thing e.g. lot value to lot and home value. I hope it raises the Zestimate since their own data suggests it is way off. For example - another house on same lake at 11300 Stonewall Jackson Dr Spotsylvania, VA 22551 has a Zestimate of $3.2 M yet mine is at $1.3 M yet if you check the tax assessors values mine is greater than the other house. So the public record which is unbiased supports that my Zestimate is too low.

I seem to have two listings on same home for very different Zestimates.
