I thought I saw a FOR RENT sign on the property located at 1001 Kingsbury Ct. Whom do I contact?

I am very interested in renting this property at this time. I am wanting to downsize from my home. Whom may I get in touch with re: this property?  Per the Zillow sit it states rent or purchase. Please advise when you have a chance.
