Drive by on the streets, you will see many small real estate offices, go in and ask them for help, or click on the link. Makes sure you pay 6% for 1st year lease only and you do not pay any advertising fees nor up front fee, and put the limit time on the contract 3 months for example.

I have it posted here on Zillow. So how do I find a Realtor?

Good that you see the value of investment properties. Hire a Realtor to promote your property. Make sure he or she is local and let them assisit you in advertisment and getting you a qualified tenant. Get a Realtor to Zillow or thru the company website you will be happy.

Wetdawgs is correct. Rentals are new on Zillow but growing fast. A million renters visit our site each month, and the fewer listings we have the more exposure you will get! We're getting great feedback from landlords. Please try it!

The rental section is just as new on Zillow, maybe it is good in the future but not now, my 2 rental properties in Los Angeles are advertised on realtor.com, it takes a few hours to get the calls from the renter agents or from the renters.

I can offer the commision but are you saying realtors will not respond to this adds on Zillow but they will do so on realtor.com?

Let add "3% of 1 year lease for the real estate agent fee", and you pay to the agent for 1st year only, not thereafter years or you can hire a local realtor to do the job for you with 6% of 1 year lease for 1st year only realtor fee, more affect the realtor advertises on realtor.com then zillow.com, and if the renter agent contacts with your agent and the rent is successful then they slit the commission by half and half, I do as same.
It takes only one or 2 days to get many phone calls from the renter agents if the realtor advertises you house on realtor.com

I thought it was a good place to put my add because there are so many realtors on here that some of them might have clients. Should I mention a finders fee? Would they help me find a decent tenant?

Of course it is okay. The rental section is so new there are a number of people who aren't aware it exists so throw out redirecting comments.
I thought it was OK to post my rental on Zillow
Now I see where people are asking how to find rentals on Zillow and others are referring them to other sites. What is the Zillow rental section for?
