The Main House has/had 4 beds with 2 baths. The Garage apartment would best be described as a loft style with a bath. Does anyone know more? This is from the listing details.

You are correct - the main home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The apartment over the garage is an efficiency-type setup with a private bath. In total the home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
