If you mean the Zillow value, that is just Zillow being a poorly writting computer program.  Or more likely, we poor idiots just don't understand the subtlety of it's sophisticated valuation algorithms.

Just delete all your home improvements.

I am not sure if you can bring down the value of your home by improving it, unless it was done wrong. The only other thing would be if you over improved it, but in this market that is not really a hazard.
