The zestimate values in the site constantly change form month to month. The additions you have made to your home are not reflected yet in the value of the property. It takes a while for zillow to recogize the changes. According to the site it will eventually update the value based on the improvements you have made.

I updated my information but you downpriced the house?
You had 3 bedrooms - there are 4 bedrooms
An additional was built in 1988 to add a Master Bedroom Suite and 2 car garage which is shown in the picture.
