I would start by checking with county records and see if you can locate the title company/escrow on the transaction. You should also see an attorney if the fees you have the possibility to recoup are greater than what you would pay for representation. I would start looking for representation at a legal aid line that may be able to help you with low cost or pro-bono resources.

You may wish to discuss this with an attorney. Did they sell the house for more than you owed (including penalties?)



I use to own a home on 10804 Pauite way but i lost it through foreclosurer. what to do?
I paid for assessor so that if they sold the house I would get some of the money back, well they sold the house and i didnt received anything, plus I moved to another location and need to give them my new address, what can i do? I don't remember the place I paid, only downtown by the superior courts'
